AusWash was established in 2020. I finished high school at Wesley College in Prahran and took a chance at starting my own business.
I truly believed it was time for a shake up in the home service industry. It seemed that people were willing to pour huge amounts of money into purchasing their largest asset - their home, - only to let the weather gradually destroy it over time.
A lack of companies in Melbourne that focused solely on exterior cleaning led me to endless research and learning about the industry. After learning everything I possibly could about pressure cleaning, I slowly started adding other services. Today, we offer full service exterior cleaning packages second to none. We utilise the latest and greatest equipment and processes to get the job done as efficiently as possible.
What sets us apart is our dedication and commitment to our clients. Customer service has always been #1 for me. It is an aim of mine to build long lasting genuine relationships with all of our customers.

You bet! Liam grew up in Glen Iris and went to Wesley College in Prahran before starting AusWash.

Our softwash method avoids direct pressure, using biodegradable soap to sanitize surfaces. Our equipment cleans up to 3-4 stories from the ground, making our services more affordable than contractors requiring access equipment.

The soaps we use are not dangerous. AusWash uses a Melbourne based chemical supplier to make our biodegradable soaps which are made to our requests.
Although biodegradable, these soaps aren’t nice to get in your mouth / eyes which is why you will see us wearing protective masks when washing your property!

Many fragile surfaces such as render, weatherboards etc can not stand up to pressure washing.
We use our dedicated softwash system to wash surfaces where pressure washing is mot appropriate. This way we can wash your home or building without damaging it.
