It was a pleasure washing this beautiful home for Andrew and Symone in Toorak. We cleaned all exterior surfaces to ensure the property looked it’s absoulute best before sale.
We used our own process to gently clean the stained render walls, applying our house wash soap and letting it do most of the work - far superior to blasting everything to bits with a pressure washer!
Pre-sale full washdown
This beautiful weatherboard home endured our premium exterior cleaning package. We pressure cleaned all concrete surfaces, before washing the house with our low pressure system.
This client was specifically worried about pressure cleaning methods damaging the weatherboards. After explaining how we gently wash homes, the client was delighted to hear we could achieve such great results without damage.

Our softwash method avoids direct pressure, using biodegradable soap to sanitize surfaces. Our equipment cleans up to 3-4 stories from the ground, making our services more affordable than contractors requiring access equipment.

The soaps we use are not dangerous. AusWash uses a Melbourne based chemical supplier to make our biodegradable soaps which are made to our requests.
Although biodegradable, these soaps aren’t nice to get in your mouth / eyes which is why you will see us wearing protective masks when washing your property!

Many fragile surfaces such as render, weatherboards etc can not stand up to pressure washing.
We use our dedicated softwash system to wash surfaces where pressure washing is mot appropriate. This way we can wash your home or building without damaging it.
